The founder behind Melbourne's most-reviewed boutique property management agency.
The idea for EZPZ Property Management started long before any official paperwork was filed. It was late 2019. Daniel had just bought his first apartment in Auckland, New Zealand — and the experience of finding a good property manager was anything but easy.
"I was shocked at how poor the service was," Daniel recalls. "Unreturned calls, zero communication about inspections, and I had no idea what was happening with my tenant. I thought — if I'm going through this as someone who knows property, what about everyone else?"
After relocating to Melbourne, that frustration became fuel. Daniel founded EZPZ Property Management with a simple mission: make property management actually easy for owners.
EZPZ is boutique by design, not by accident. While large agencies juggle 150+ properties per manager, EZPZ deliberately caps its portfolio. The result?
Daniel's approach to business is shaped by a love of reading and continuous improvement. Inspired by books like Atomic Habits, The Diary of a CEO, and The Psychology of Money, he applies these principles daily — from how he sets goals (using video reminders) to how he builds long-term owner relationships.
"Property management isn't glamorous," Daniel says. "But when you do it properly — with genuine care and attention — you can genuinely change someone's investment experience. That's what drives me."
